Key Responsibilities:
- Set up program furnishings and equipment
- Assist residents with activity participation
- Ensure all outing logistics are coordinated
- Report resident needs to the supervisor
- Engage residents through creative programming
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for recreation and therapy work
- Valid driver's license for transporting residents
- Experience in activity programming desirable
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to adapt to residents' needs
