Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize operational systems, processes, and policies Oversee budgets, audits, financial reviews, and branch profitability Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, Marketing, Sales, and Finance Maintain customer-focused client relationships and address concerns
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years senior leadership experience in construction, restoration, or insurance Extensive financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis experience Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license meeting BELFOR’s Auto Policy requirements Bring operational leadership, financial expertise, and client-focused decision-making to BELFOR’s property restoration business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
