Become a Strategic Associate Producer to foster partnerships with national brands for television integration. You’ll leverage strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with C-level executives. As part of our team, you will evaluate brand alignment through high-level discovery meetings, asking insightful questions to discern opportunities for collaboration. Manage your schedule with precision while driving impactful conversations and follow-up actions that support brand integration into our shows. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate 10-15 meetings weekly with national brands
- Assess marketing fit and needs for programs
- Clearly outline production and financial expectations
- Prepare tailored materials and next steps post-meeting
- Maintain effective CRM management and reporting
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- Strong verbal communication and presence
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM systems
- Comfort with outbound cold calls and rejection
- Previous experience with senior marketing executives
