Your New Role As a Project Manager , you'll initially lead restoration-focused projects, providing creative and practical solutions for complex building rehabilitation challenges. You'll guide project associates on structural repairs and collaborate with structural leaders across offices to ensure consistent service delivery. Beyond restoration, you'll play a key role in expanding the structural practice into new construction projects. You'll lead the design and analysis of structural components across diverse building types, manage projects from conception through construction, and maintain strong client relationships. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a client-centric approach in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. What You'll Need to Succeed Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering; registered or actively pursuing registration with EGBC. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a structural engineering firm with hands-on experience in design, analysis, and project delivery. Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (SAP, ETABS, SAFE, S-Frame); Revit experience is an asset. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proficiency in MS Office tools. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and creative problem-solving.
