Job Summary
The Assistant Manager for Ski Patrol is a managerial position tasked with being responsible for leading multiple patrollers and mountain safetyf for the day-to-day operations on the mountain. This role will oversee the daily patrol functions and help coordinate with Senior Leaders to facilitate daily projects. Drive a strong safety and guest service culture within Patrol. Participate in daily operations as an advanced patroller, search and rescue or specialty area as needed.
This position must be committed to providing the highest standard of service and a willingness to support all operations. The role will be committed to leadership development and operational continuity. This job requires strong leadership qualities, enthusiasm and passion for driving culture and innovative capabilities that maintain Vail Resorts.

- Starting Wage: $60,433.00 - $83,356.00
