Step into a critical role with Intelex as a Collections Analyst in remote ON, Canada. Leverage your analytical skills to manage overdue accounts and enhance cash collection performance. Intelex seeks a detail-oriented Collections Analyst to strengthen its Accounts Receivable team. This position requires proactive follow-ups on overdue accounts, issue resolution, and collaboration with various internal teams. You will work towards reducing overdue balances and improving collection processes to ensure financial health. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue customer accounts to meet collection goals
- Follow up on overdue balances via email or phone
- Partner with customers to resolve accounts receivable issues
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate customer balances
- Collaborate with legal and customer success teams on account inquiries
- 1-3 years in collections or accounts receivable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Detail-oriented and capable of learning new tasks
