Key Responsibilities
• Lead frontline team executing daily work plans safely
• Ensure understanding of scope, production targets, and quality
• Collaborate with coordinators on crew performance and execution
• Provide direction to the assigned crew and conduct shift meetings
• Coach employees in the field and address performance issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of equipment operations leadership experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Proven safety-focused and growth mindset
