- Travel to customer locations for troubleshooting
- Install machines at customer sites
- Keep adequate parts inventory in service truck
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma required
- 3 to 5 years in similar technical role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience
- Bilingualism preferred, valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
