Key Responsibilities:
- Create accessible online forms for registrations
- Resolve registration issues promptly
- Coordinate scheduling with the caseworker team
- Process and document applications in Link2Feed
- Uphold confidentiality and accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher level of education
- Up to three months of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in WordPress and Mailchimp
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capable of lifting 20 to 25 lbs
