As part of a passionate team, you will oversee daily administration and technical support for corporate voice telephony services. The TDSB is looking for a candidate with a specialized skill set in VoIP and telephone services to facilitate smooth communication. You will also evaluate system needs and implement improvements that align with best practices in a vibrant educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide VoIP technical support and troubleshooting
- Manage telephony system configurations
- Create user documentation for training purposes
- Conduct site reviews to assess communication needs
- Respond to and resolve ServiceNow requests
Requirements:
- Community college diploma in Telecommunications required
- Minimum one year in corporate voice telephony
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with data communication concepts
