Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes and operation sheets
• Lead projects related to production line improvements
• Act as a resource for troubleshooting manufacturing issues
• Conduct studies to monitor plant performance
• Engage with suppliers for raw materials and tools
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant experience in carbon fibre manufacturing
• Adept with CAD and statistical analysis tools
