Key Responsibilities
• Lead business process documentation and analysis efforts
• Facilitate workshops to explore and improve current processes
• Maintain accurate process maps and operative documentation
• Identify and implement optimizations in business procedures
• Recommend improvements in technology and automation practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Certification in Process Management or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
