Join InterRent as a temporary full-time Maintenance Technician, focused on providing high-quality repairs and maintenance for our residents. This position involves diverse maintenance tasks on a four-month contract with possibilities for extension. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will complete daily repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all amenities operate smoothly. Strong expertise in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work is crucial. You will also respond to emergencies and maintain the overall upkeep of properties to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs during resident transitions and occupancy
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks
- Address emergency calls promptly
- Execute approved maintenance work orders
- Maintain safety standards and remove hazards
- Experience in maintenance and light construction
- Strong teamwork and independent working abilities
- Proficient with MS-Office applications
- Own vehicle with a clean driver's abstract
- Comprehensive toolbox for task completion
