Bilingual Entry Level Automotive Sales Associate

Wendox Marketing is looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent established brands at events and customer-facing locations throughout Edmonton. In This Role, You Will Introduce customers to featured products and services Learn about customer interests through one-on-one conversations Present product features, benefits, and available options Explain promotions and answer product-related questions Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs Build positive relationships with customers Assist customers throughout the purchasing process Keep current with product information and campaign updates Complete required daily activities and documentation Work toward individual and team objectives Take part in training, coaching, and team meetings Represent partner brands in a professional manner You’ll Be Successful If You Are Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Confident communicating in person Motivated to learn and improve Interested in developing sales skills A good listener who can understand customer needs Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working toward goals Able to learn product information quicklyReceptive to coaching and constructive feedback Available for a full-time schedule, including some weekends Previous sales experience is welcome but not required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused environment is also an asset. Paid training is provided.
