Elevate your career at tbk as the Head of Talent and Communications in a hybrid role based in London, Ontario. You'll drive talent acquisition and strategic communication while embedding AI into all processes. This senior position is pivotal for tbk as you shape the agency’s talent approach and public narrative. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the recruitment pipeline and build innovative AI tools from the ground up. Your focus will be on creating a seamless candidate experience and enhancing the company's reputation in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for three to four hires annually
- Develop AI agents for recruiting and communications
- Manage candidate experience and feedback loops
- Produce monthly website case studies and social media content
- Oversee award submissions and client reviews
- 5+ years in HR or talent management roles
- Experience in agency or startup environments
- Full-cycle recruiting and outreach expertise
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act
- Proven writing skills in professional contexts
