This role is tailored for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in compensation, consulting, or analytics, ideally in the oil and gas sector. Collaborate with seasoned consultants to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance client reward strategies. Your responsibilities will range from market research to client rapport building. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for client projects
- Analyze compensation structures and reward programs
- Assist in client presentation and report development
- Support work on job architecture and compensation philosophy
- Collaborate on project workstreams and deliverables
- 3-5 years in consulting or compensation-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Client-oriented and proactive mindset
