Key Responsibilities
Manage invoice intake, coding, approvals, matching, and payment runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currency Maintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end close Improve AP automation, electronic approvals, EFT workflows, and ERP use
Requirements:
Three-plus years of accounting experience with strong AP foundations Exposure to GL accounting or month-end close Strong Excel skills and ERP experience Exceptional attention to detail and accounting-cycle understanding Experience improving processes or implementing new tools Bring AP ownership, reconciliation expertise, and process improvement skills to Lightform’s growing accounting function in Edmonton. #J-18808-Ljbffr
