This part-time role involves surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, and recovery support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized animals
- Assist with surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
- Manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
- Completed a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program
- Eligible for licensure in Alberta
- Passion for companion animal medicine
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in emergency medicine
