Elevate customer satisfaction as an Automation Technical Service Representative at Sealed Air. You will be crucial in maintaining automated packaging systems and providing exceptional customer support, ensuring seamless operations remotely and on-site. In this remote role operating Monday to Friday, you will be instrumental in the installation and repair of automated packaging equipment. With a focus on diagnostics and troubleshooting, you’ll ensure ideal system performance while building strong customer relationships. Your work will directly impact service quality and client retention through proactive maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and integrate automated packaging systems
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions remotely and in-person
- Provide technical training to customers on equipment
- Document service activities and customer interactions
- Associate's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-4 years in a technical service role
- Knowledge of PLC and control systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Canada driver’s license and passport
