CMLS Financial is seeking a Mortgage Operations Administrator in Vancouver, BC. This role offers a unique opportunity for those passionate about commercial real estate and financial services. As a Mortgage Operations Administrator, you will manage the entire mortgage servicing process post-funding. Your primary focus will be on compliance, documentation management, and interacting with borrowers to facilitate seamless processes within the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mortgage portfolio documentation and compliance
- Facilitate funding and manage construction advances
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions
- Execute remittances and manage reporting
- Maintain professional correspondence with clients
- Nearing completion of an undergraduate degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Effective communication and integrity
