Key Responsibilities
Lead daily maintenance activities across all shifts Analyze downtime trends and implement corrective actions Drive preventative and predictive maintenance strategies Oversee planning, scheduling, and eMaint work orders Manage contractors, vendors, inventory, and maintenance budgets
Requirements:
Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices Experience with eMaint and CMMS systems Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Apply maintenance leadership, eMaint expertise, and reliability-focused problem solving to support manufacturing operations across all shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
