Join Beam Radiology as a Senior Project Management Office Manager, steering high-impact initiatives in operational efficiency and research, positioned in Calgary with some hybrid flexibility. This senior role demands a project management expert with 10–15+ years of experience in governing complex projects and facilitating innovation. You will play a key role as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring that initiatives deliver substantial value and contribute to the growth of Beam Radiology. Your leadership will coordinate high-value projects that enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overarching project portfolio for operations and innovation
- Implement PMO tools, frameworks, and standards
- Develop budgets and performance reporting for projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success
- Support SR&ED initiatives, ensuring compliance and eligibility
- 10–15+ years in a PMO or project management leadership role
- PMP designation essential
- Experience with SR&ED and innovation funding processes
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and healthcare environments
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
