Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of international relocation projects
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries
- Collaborate with transportation and customs personnel
- Guide clients through documentation processes
- Track shipment progress and communicate effectively
- Previous experience in relocation or logistics preferred
- Relevant diploma or degree is required
- Solid understanding of international shipping procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with technology and logistics software
