- Oversee Coupa S2P administration and user support
- Resolve procurement platform access issues promptly
- Enhance supplier enablement and transaction accuracy
- Maintain process documentation and training materials
- Track operational metrics and support compliance
- 1-3 years in procurement lifecycle and S2P
- Experienced with Coupa S2P platform
- Familiarity with supplier enablement processes
- Ability to analyze procurement data insights
- Strong stakeholder communication capabilities
