Aim for operational excellence by developing comprehensive improvement roadmaps and adapting to agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate efficiency and compliance
- Document processes, changes, and best practices thoroughly
- Participate in agile ceremonies and present deliverables to leadership
- Develop process improvement roadmaps based on potential impact
- 3+ years in process improvement or business analysis
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with process mapping and BPM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services
