Join the team at OpenRoad as an Automotive Technician at the Mercedes-Benz Surrey location. Take on an engaging full-time role where quality work and customer satisfaction drive your success. As a licensed Technician, you will perform various repair tasks, from diagnostics to road testing finished vehicles. Working under dealership and factory standards, you'll ensure that every repair meets the expectations of our customers. You will also monitor the performance of apprentice technicians and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and execute repair orders proficiently
- Liaise with parts department for necessary parts
- Assess vehicles for additional repairs needed
- Document every aspect of your work carefully
- Road-test completed vehicles to verify service quality
- Fully licensed Technician required
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Highly organized and proactive in your approach
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork
- Valid Canadian driver’s license required
