As a Project Manager at Rising Edge Group, you will oversee the full cycle of medium to large construction projects in the electrical contracting field. Your role includes developing project plans, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and providing continuous updates to stakeholders. This position demands excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate project setup and establish team structures
- Maintain project execution plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Administer project changes and document financial performance
- Monitor procurement of materials and services
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PMP designation or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years managing full cycle construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Project and construction software
- Valid class 5 driver's license required
