Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care during residents' daily activities Observe and report physical or emotional changes Support cognitive, social, and emotional well-being Document resident conditions, care, and specific needs Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, rights, and choices
Requirements:
Approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course or equivalent Current CPR certificate Chinese conversation ability is an asset Resident-centred customer service and interpersonal skills Availability for permanent night shifts, including weekends Apply personal care, communication, documentation, and resident-centred practices as a Chinese-speaking night PSW at Yee Hong.
