As a Parts Representative with Dilawri Group, you will identify correct vehicle parts, process orders, and provide product information. The position requires accurate inventory records, shipment tracking, invoice preparation, and professional issue resolution. You will collaborate with service technicians and maintain current knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing, and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering correct vehicle parts
- Collaborate with technicians to fulfill parts orders accurately
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customers
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate inventory records
- Examine returned parts and exchange defects or refund customers
