Federated Insurance seeks a Commercial Insurance Specialist Trainee to meet clients and recommend appropriate coverage. The work involves communication, active listening, sales experience, and understanding commercial clients’ needs. You will employ your skills across a wide variety of fields while supporting Federated’s commercial insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with commercial businesses across the province
- Maintain relationships with commercial business clients
- Meet clients to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend appropriate coverage for client needs
- Provide service through a variety of insurance products
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and solid people skills
- Client interaction, communication, and active listening abilities
- Initiative and goal achievement
- Sales experience and solid math skills
- Obtain the AMF certificate within four months
