Production scheduling and materials planning drive this Junior Planner role at Sinclair Technologies in Aurora, Ontario, supporting customer and internal demands.
As part of Norsat International Inc., Sinclair Technologies operates in high mix, low volume manufacturing. You will maintain Dynamic 365 schedules, coordinate materials, and support inventory planning. The role requires attention to detail, communication, and cross team collaboration. Your work will align production capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments across Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production schedules in Dynamic 365
- Track daily output and resolve production delays
- Coordinate raw material and service deliveries with Purchasing
- Maintain master schedules and participate in planning meetings
- Manage inventory, bills of materials, and physical counts
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- One to two years' high mix, low volume manufacturing experience
- Understanding of MPS, MRP, forecasting, and inventory management
- Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, prioritization, and attention to detail
