Key Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations across safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost Execute operational strategies supporting growth and organizational goals Drive Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and waste reduction Monitor KPIs, budgets, production targets, and cost-control initiatives Develop leadership teams and strengthen operational accountability
Requirements:
Significant large-scale industrial or manufacturing leadership experience Direct record leading operations and improving performance measurably Strong knowledge of Lean principles and production systems Experience managing budgets, operating costs, targets, and KPIs Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline preferred Bring manufacturing leadership, Lean expertise, and operational discipline to strengthen performance, accountability, and excellence across industrial production. #J-18808-Ljbffr
