Family owned and operated Non-union Serves the GTA and beyond 30+ years in business Commercial & Industrial Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including fixtures, piping, and system components. Identify the source of leaks and assess hydraulic systems. Install, cut, thread, glue, and solder pipes, including copper piping using a torch. Maintain and service various pump systems, including: Boiler circulator pumps Sewage ejector pumps Storm pumps Domestic cold/hot water booster pumps and storage systems Pressure-reducing valves Chiller and heating water pump systems Replace and install all types of plumbing fixtures. Clear clogged drains using tools such as plungers, snakes, and hydro-jet equipment. Conduct electronic faucet and flush valve troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose problems and explain solutions. Maintain organization while working on multiple jobs simultaneously. Track tools, materials, and job progress to ensure efficiency. Accurately estimate labor hours and material quantities required for jobs. Perform troubleshooting on electrical components (preferred but not required). Qualifications & Requirements: Valid 306A Plumbing License (Required). Valid Driver's License (Required). G2 License (an asset). Backflow License (an asset). Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of full-building plumbing and mechanical systems. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various positions. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small parts and tools. Why Join Us?
