AIG Canada is seeking a Bilingual Claims Supervisor to lead teams in managing Accident & Health claims. Drive operational excellence while enhancing customer experiences in a supportive environment. This leadership role involves guiding a team of 5-8 Analysts through various claims processes, enhancing their skills while ensuring compliance with best practices. You will also be responsible for strategic interactions with brokers and clients. Your efforts will contribute to AIG’s dedication to a proficient and empathetic claims experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop a team of Analysts
- Authorize claims settlements exceeding Analyst limits
- Approve coverage denial letters and claims
- Conduct monthly compliance reviews on claims
- Maintain strong client and broker relationships
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Experience with Accident & Health claims or PIP
- Strong leadership and independent decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Formal education or equivalent experience in the field
