Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Support Coupa Procurement processes and related system functionality. Assist with post-implementation stabilization and ongoing operational support. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues. Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver system enhancements. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Support the continued optimization of procurement, materials management, and warehouse operations. Required Experience and Qualifications Strong functional experience with SAP Materials Management (MM). Experience supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement. Experience providing SAP application support, incident resolution, and system enhancements. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support both stabilization activities and ongoing system improvements following an implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
