Our client, a premier global claims services provider, is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of adjusters and support staff. This organization manages insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies, and self-insured organizations, with a focus on exceptional customer service and strong outcomes. You’ll lead a claims team handling Commercial Liability, Auto, and Property lines, driving hiring, development, and performance across a group of adjusters and technical/admin support staff. This role offers a diverse range of experience across jurisdictions, industries, and risks, and the chance to shape a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Guide the team through litigation, mediation, and other legal processes as neededCommunicate proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers Continuously identify ways to improve team efficiency and quality using available technology Manage multiple priorities while recognizing coaching opportunities and positioning team members for success High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of related claims experience Experience in Commercial Auto and CGL ability to interpret documentation and resolve complex claims issues What's Offered: Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, career development and ongoing learning opportunities, and a collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadership.
