Our Territory Managers are committed to delivering exceptional retail sales service to our customers by fostering long-term business relationships in their assigned territory. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. Represent the company for the sale of equipment with existing and new customers Frequent interactions with customers building loyalty and long-term growth relationships Provide top tier customer support and follow-up Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales in your area and meet goals Create brand awareness in your area that meet our standards of quality Build relationships with all internal departments to support sales and customer activities Exceptional customer service and communication skills ~ Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or related field ~ Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills ~3+ years of previous sales experience ~ Significant independent travel, valid driver's licence ~ Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
