Represent AGCO and CLAAS products as an AgWest Parts Advisor, combining agricultural equipment knowledge with customer-focused parts sales.
AgWest’s Parts Advisor provides expert guidance, promotes agricultural parts, and sells solutions to customers. The position supports lasting customer relationships and helps clients keep their operations running smoothly. AgWest offers CLAAS machinery, AGCO brands, attachments, and dedicated sales, service, and parts teams serving Manitoba farming operations. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail support this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers about agricultural parts
- Promote AGCO and CLAAS product parts
- Sell agricultural parts to customers
- Maintain customer relationships through knowledgeable service
- Help clients obtain parts for operations
Requirements:
- Agricultural parts sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a similar role
- Strong agricultural machinery knowledge desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and detail orientation
Use AGCO and CLAAS product knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills to serve agricultural parts customers at AgWest.
