Key Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries about products and order status
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer databases
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience
• Assist with returns, warranty inquiries, and product concerns
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Retail or customer service background preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Shopify
