Strong understanding of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules. Experience in dual roles as Business Analyst and Scrum Master Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred Insurance certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU) are a plus.
