Elevate business strategies as a Principal Data Analyst, leveraging your analytical acumen and technical skills to deliver impactful insights. This hands-on role is positioned within the Decision Intelligence team, combining enterprise data and artificial intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft analytical solutions that drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include designing modern decision products and AI-powered applications, all aimed at streamlining analytical workflows and enhancing data consumption across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions
- Build scalable semantic models and advanced Power BI products
- Develop AI-powered applications and agentic systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders on key performance metrics
- Maintain trusted analytical foundations and data quality
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in relevant fields
- 10+ years in data analytics or related roles
- Strong SQL and analytical engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with Python and APIs
- Proven track record of designing AI-enabled solutions
