We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. You'll work on a diverse range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and support to our reputable clients. Provide legal advice and support on a variety of litigation matters, including employment, estate, insurance, personal injury, property, construction, and commercial litigation
* Solid advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Conduct legal research across a broad range of practice areas.
* Member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in litigation
* Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
