Jumpstart Refugee Talent is seeking an experienced Trainer for Knowledge Mobilization to enhance skills within employment and settlement organizations. This full-time role demands a deep understanding of adult learning principles and experience in facilitating engaging workshops for professionals. The Trainer will focus on the Hiring Event model to prepare organizations for impactful recruiting events across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person workshops on Hiring Events
- Adapt training resources for diverse audiences and contexts
- Coach partners on effective implementation strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations
- Collect feedback to enhance training effectiveness
- Minimum 3 years in workshop design and facilitation
- Strong adult-learning knowledge and adaptation skills
- Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools
- Experience in employment programs or settlement services preferred
