Deliver RBC's Black Card Experience in Ottawa through client service, transaction excellence, and digital education. This full-time opportunity supports Private Banking clients.
The Private Banking Associate handles servicing requests through email, phone, and in-person interactions. You will identify unmet needs through discovery, resolve concerns at first contact, and help clients use RBC through preferred channels. This future-position expression of interest requires strong organization and banking knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incoming Private Banking servicing requests
- Deliver tailored experiences through phone, email, and in-person service
- Resolve client concerns professionally, accurately, and promptly
- Provide transaction excellence and identify opportunities
- Champion digital education and technology adoption
Requirements:
- Two to three years of banking experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- French, Mandarin, or Cantonese fluency is an asset
