Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from dealers and internal teams
- Efficiently process and enter parts orders into the system
- Provide knowledgeable inside sales support for inquiries
- Work with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate updates
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in parts processing
- Completion of high school diploma or GED
- Bilingual skills are an asset
- Knowledge of agricultural and similar equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
