Step into a Senior Heavy Civil Superintendent role, overseeing project operations and team management on-site. Directly ensure compliance and safety standards are maintained throughout your projects. We seek a highly skilled Heavy Civil Superintendent with a minimum of 3–5 years in project management and supervisory roles. This position requires an in-depth understanding of heavy civil construction processes and the capability to lead a team effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively will drive success and maintain project integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project personnel and report to the Project Manager
- Implement and maintain the Construction Management Plan
- Coordinate daily tasks amongst various teams
- Conduct thorough site inspections and maintain logs
- Ensure timely completion of corrective actions
- 3–5 years construction project management experience
- Strong supervisory track record in construction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and project execution
- Ability to read and implement construction strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools
