Key Responsibilities
Provide performance feedback and recommendations to leadership Coach associates through modeled selling behaviors Uncover consumer needs and recommend products personally Address consumer, vendor relationship, and maintenance issues Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store experiences
Requirements:
Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture Strong communication and openness to feedback Ability to adapt quickly and de-escalate situations Ability to meet standing, lifting, reaching, and ladder demands Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak times Bring coaching, sales leadership, and consumer experience capabilities to Bath & Body Works retail operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
