Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Montreal Quebec Job Type: Contract 6 months Working Organization: 3 days in the office Key Responsibilities: Administration & Maintenance: Perform all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user management (setup, profiles, roles, permission sets), security settings, data management, and storage. End-User Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests. Provide timely and effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to end-users. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for system enhancements and new features. Development & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement new functionalities using standard Salesforce tools such as workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and fields. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce through regular audits, data cleanup, and the implementation of data governance best practices. Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making. Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices. Integration & Ecosystem: Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other business applications and systems. Experience with ERP systems is a significant plus. Marketing & Account Engagement: Support and enhance the Salesforce platform's integration with marketing and account engagement tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms). Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proven experience in a similar role, including user support, system configuration, and data management. Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). Experience with data loaders and other data management tools. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Additional Desired Qualifications: Experience with Lightning Experience and transition projects. Knowledge of sandbox management and deployment processes (e.g., Change Sets). A solid understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service. Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) is highly desirable. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and account-based engagement tools. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Marketing Cloud Administrator. Gestion des données : Assurer l'intégrité et l'exactitude des données dans Salesforce via des audits réguliers, le nettoyage des données et l'application des meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance des données. Rapports et analyses : Créer et maintenir des rapports, tableaux de bord et outils d'analyse pour fournir des informations clés et soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données. Formation et documentation : Développer et fournir des supports de formation pour les nouveaux et actuels utilisateurs. Maintenir une documentation complète des processus, configurations et bonnes pratiques Salesforce. Intégration et écosystème : Participer à l'intégration de Salesforce avec d'autres applications et systèmes d'entreprise. Une expérience avec les systèmes ERP est un atout important. Marketing et engagement client : Soutenir et améliorer l'intégration de Salesforce avec les outils de marketing et d'engagement client (ex. : Marketing Cloud, Pardot ou plateformes similaires). Qualifications et exigences : Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pratique en tant qu'administrateur Salesforce. Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire, incluant le support utilisateur, la configuration du système et la gestion des données. Maîtrise du développement déclaratif Salesforce (Flows, Process Builder, règles de workflow). Expérience avec les outils de gestion de données tels que les data loaders. Certification Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) requise. Qualifications supplémentaires souhaitées : Expérience avec l'interface Lightning et les projets de transition. Connaissance de la gestion des environnements sandbox et des processus de déploiement (ex. : Change Sets). Bonne compréhension des processus métiers en vente, marketing et service client.
