Key Responsibilities
Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems Contact tradespersons for major repairs and contractors for maintenance Perform minor appliance repairs and routine maintenance tasks Supervise other workers during assigned maintenance activities Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
English language ability Secondary school graduation certificate Seven months to less than one year of experience Ability to travel frequently or constantly between work locations Ability to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies Use maintenance, repair, supervision, and travel experience to support varied building locations and essential facility upkeep. #J-18808-Ljbffr
