Therapia is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist in Etobicoke, ON, to provide in-home care. Offer personalized treatment and enjoy a flexible working arrangement with a supportive team. As a Physiotherapist with Therapia, you'll be essential in assessing and treating patients in their homes. You will develop individualized care plans, delivering both hands-on treatment and virtual support while focusing on prevention and wellness. Therapia’s platform facilitates effective communication, allowing you to manage your practice efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed in-home assessments to evaluate patient needs
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy tailored to individual goals
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Ensure home safety and adherence to health protocols
- Educate patients on rehabilitation and recovery exercises
- Must be a registered Physiotherapist
- Open to new graduates and residents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in geriatric or post-surgical care preferred
- Flexibility to visit patients' homes
